Instructions

  2. Prepare Pesto Mayo: In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup of mayonnaise and 1/4 cup of pesto. Mix thoroughly until well blended to create a flavorful pesto mayo spread.
  3. Slice the Bread: On a cutting board, keep the focaccia loaf flat. Using a serrated knife turned sideways, carefully slice horizontally through the center of the loaf. Be gentle to preserve the top’s delicious crumb texture. Set the top half aside flat.
